Acres of stain grade woodwork, hundreds of wood doors, and the return of an iconic neighbourhood pub.

Island Precision was honoured to be chosen to do all the public area millwork on this 5-star Victoria landmark. Interesting features included Sapele wall paneling and ceiling coffers throughout the Grand Lobby, David Foster Foundation Theatre, meeting rooms and conservatory. Re-use of salvaged rough hewn beams in Kate's Cafe, restoration and re-use of stained glass in the wine room and meeting rooms, and restoration and reproduction of adzed cedar planks in the Snug Pub. 40% of the adzed materials were produced to match salvaged materials from the original Snug interior.
